Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. We will only issue a refund if the item arrives damaged, faulty or if we make a mistake in the size, measurement or color. It is not our responsibility to refund if the customer changes their mind or the wrong size, color or size of the product.
To initiate the return, you can contact us at ilgioiellofficial@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchange exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
